The Best Dam 5K Run and Walk will take place annually in Downsville, NY. This event will be held to benefit the town of Downsville and the surrounding townships in bringing tourism to the area as well as fostering community involvement and pride.

 

Funds raised from the race will always be reinvested to local groups and projects, especially those seeking to improve the health of the community, its inhabitants, visitors, and its environment.
