Superhero Scholarship Opportunity

 

The Best Dam 5K organization will use the Superhero 3K/5K Obstacle Race to raise funds for a scholarship opportunity for local students (of all ages!) to help fund their way through continuing education. 

 

We believe in the power of the individual in effecting positive changes and being a "community hero". These are the individuals that truly make a difference in people's lives and in the world over.

 

The scholarship information is below. You DO NOT need to participate in the fun run to be selected for the scholarship (but of course we would love to see you there!). This award is open to all graduating seniors, trade, undergraduate, and graduate students that are from Delaware County.

 

The 2015 winner was a student from Delaware Academy in Delhi, NY, Alexander Legg. Alexander will be pursueing a pre-med degree in his college studies.
